Who we are

The Kingdom's first private operator

Established in 2012 as a joint venture between Arabian Petroleum Supply Company (APSCO) and Alshams National Global Energy Co., MCRA was the first private sector company in Saudi Arabia to take over the fuel farm, hydrant, and into plane refuelling operation at King Fahd International Airport. Until then, those operations had been run by the national oil company, Saudi Aramco.

From our base at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, we provide storage, hydrant operation, and into plane fuelling of Jet A-1 in line with the global standards of the Joint Inspection Group (JIG), supported by a technical service agreement with Q8 Aviation.

Fuel farm & storage

Operation and management of aviation fuel storage depots, covering receipt, storage, and quality control of Jet A-1 to global specifications.

Hydrant system operation

Full management of the airport hydrant network, the first such operation in Saudi Arabia to be run by a private company.

Into plane fuelling

Trained operators fuel your aircraft with dispensers and bowsers, on schedule and to JIG procedures, turnaround after turnaround.
